“Sweeter than honey, tastier than curd, pleasanter indeed than any happiness, and joy is the company, is the power of the name of Krishna.”

With the blessings of our guiding light, Parampoojya Sri Sri Sri Dr. Balagangadharnatha Mahaswamiji and to witness the joyful play of divinity in an ocean of transcendental convulsions, Sri Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated at BGS National Public School, Bannerghatta with much mirth and jubiliance. The fragrance of flowers, the soothing aroma of camphor and the mesmerizing beauty of Sri Krishna filled the hearts of all our beloved students with affection, benevolence and immense purity. The students came dressed up as Lord Krishna, Radha, playmates and friends of Krishna’s childhood. The school premises were decorated with cradles, flutes, peacock crowns and matkis adding to the glow of the colourful festivities.
