ACTIVITY BRIEF:

From the lush green fields and bountiful orchards to the local markets and grocery stores, the journey of agricultural products from harvest to market is an intricate process involving multiple steps- Harvesting, Sorting and Grading, Packaging, Transportation, Storage, Marketing and Distribution. The harvesting to market activity involves a captivating blend of hard work, innovation, and collaboration. It connects farmers, laborers, transportation networks, warehouses, marketers, and consumers, all playing vital roles to ensure that fresh and high-quality farm products find their way into our daily lives. This week, our Nature Club students enjoyed this activity and understood the hard work, careful planning, and precise execution is needed to ensure the fresh and high-quality produce reaches the hands of consumers.
